Description: This exorbitant Imperial Stout was brewed and blended to celebrate the many lessons learned over the tenure of our barrel aging program. A decadent recipe was drafted, pulling elements from all of our favorite stout recipes. XV then rested in bourbon barrels for 17 months before thoughtful blending to deliver notes of brownie batter, oatmeal raisin cookies, and bread pudding.

- Aroma: Bread pudding, milk chocolate and plums.
- Palate: Brownie batter, oatmeal raisin cookies and nutmeg.
