Description: Barrel aged Barleywine brewed from a single English barley and a single English hop. An addition of brown sugar during the extended boil in the kettle adds to the layers of depth in toffee, soft caramel and dried dark fruit. Aged in a mix of bourbon barrels for 24 months.
