Description: After months of fermentation in stainless steel slowly developing its brilliant complexity, Terre Et Soleil Perpetum was then refermented on a gentle addition on Chenin Blanc grapes. A bright and brilliant acidity and tropical Brettanomyces funk pair with delicate notes of pineapple, pear, and stone fruit.
