Description: A collaboration with Buxton Brewery, Rack & Ruin was inspired by the flavors of Derbyshire Oatcakes and Bakewell Pudding. After brewing this rich and complex stout, it was aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months and conditioned on vanilla beans, almonds, cacao, and pecans.
Brewer’s Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Wildflower honey, nougat, chocolate soufflé and marzipan.
- Palate: Pecan pie, ganache and Swiss roll.
