Description: The talented team of brewers at our Brewpub crafted this simple pleasure to ensure that we can all enjoy a refreshing sour ale. Livelihood was brewed with pilsner malt, unmalted white wheat, and German hops. This beer was fermented with our proprietary saison blend and bottle conditioned for 6 months. Livelihood is clean, crisp, light, and infinitely refreshing.
Brewer’s Tasting Notes:
- Appearance: Pale straw, with bright white foam.
- Aroma: Sourdough bread and underripe lemon.
- Palate: Bright balance of funk and acid, lemon bars and rustic, toasty malt.
