Hockhocking is a blend of barrel aged sour ales offering an alluring experience! Sangiovese cask aged American style sour ale makes up the base. A small amount of red wine barrel aged mixed fermentation saison brewed with white peppercorn, chamomile, and grapefruit peel brings playful currents of nuance and subtle tart ripples.
