Distant Corners

Distant Corners is an experimental collaboration with Great Leap Brewing from Beijing, China. This is a mixed fermentation Saison style ale brewed with rice, Szechuan peppercorns, and oolong black tea. Fermented and aged in oak wine barrels. Bright and tart with lovely floral notes accompanied by a lightly numbing peppercorn finish. Dry and effervescent!

ABV: 6%
