Description: Slowly fermented for three months with our house mixed fermentation Saison culture, Bernarda’s restful transformation delivers deep yet delicate notes of tropical fruit and peppery yeast. A further fermentation in the bottle yields delightfully vibrant carbonation. Bernarda is named in tribute to Bernarda Bryson Shahn, a prolific artist from the New Deal era who was born in Athens, Ohio.
