Description: A new moon rises over a seasonal classic! Starting with a rich, grain laden base we layered in loads of brown sugar to deepen its lavish caramel tones. We then fermented with sweet, fruity pumpkin, and carved out a supple spice profile with the addition of a blend of pumpkin pie spices, fresh ginger, and vanilla beans.
